LAN, Inc. Honors Dennis Petersen with 2026 Excellence Award 

HOUSTON, Texas — Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) has named Dennis Petersen, PE, as the recipient of its 2026 Excellence Award. The award is the firm’s highest honor, recognizing individuals whose leadership, technical expertise and long-term contributions have shaped the organization’s success. MBMA Announces 2025 Student Design Competition Award Winners

Record number of students submit designs for a botanical garden and event center as part of the competition CLEVELAND, OHIO —  www.mbma.com:  The Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) is pleased to announce the winners of the fifth annual MBMA Student Design Competition. On March 3, 2026, the association granted $32,000 in awards to 10 winners and their faculty advisors in both Undergraduate and Graduate Divisions in an online ceremony. A record number of submissions were received this year with 28 undergraduate entries and 52 graduate entries. That’s almost double the number of graduate submissions compared with last year.   For the Undergraduate Division, the first-place award and $5,000 was presented to Abigail Weston, a student at California State University, Sacramento (Sacramento State). STV Selected to Lead Major I-81 Reconstruction in Luzerne County

PHILADELPHIA, PA — STV today announced it will design the reconstruction of Interstate 81 (I-81) from Dorrance to Nuangola in Luzerne County.
