St. Louis, MO – Case Engineering, as part of the team behind the design and construction of Margaritaville Hotel Kansas City’s tropical island-inspired pools, has been recognized by Aquatics International with a 2026 Dream Designs: Hotel/Resort award. The publication’s annual Dream Designs awards celebrate the most beautiful and functional aquatics spaces around the globe. Opened in Kansas City, Kansas in June 2025, the $150 million resort-style property at the northeast corner of Interstates 70 and 435 features a 229-room, six-story luxury hotel; Landshark Bar & Grill; Joe Merchant’s Coffee & Provisions; 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar; and 14,000 square feet of meeting/event space. A highlight of the property is its two pools designed and constructed by Landmark Aquatic. The 5,000-square-foot, indoor leisure pool features underwater bench seating, a basketball hoop, climbing wall and aquatic obstacle course.
