Ware Malcomb Names Alicia Pandimos Maurer Director/Leader of its Science & Technology Practice Area

IRVINE, Calif.—Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced Alicia Pandimos Maurer has joined the firm as firmwide Practice Leader and Director, Science & Technology, based in its Denver office. In this role, she will lead the firm’s dedicated capabilities in this sector, collaborating across all its offices to achieve growth, deliver innovative strategies, and enhance client satisfaction in the dynamic fields of science and technology.

Pandimos Maurer brings to Ware Malcomb more than 20 years of S&T industry experience, having worked with a variety of large design firms as well as leading her own lab planning and design consultancy. Her professional depth in lab planning and lab equipment planning, along with design experience gained from an array of diverse projects, such as cell culture and DNA/RNA labs, vivaria, and small molecule/cell-based manufacturing, help build upon Ware Malcomb’s significant firmwide capabilities in the sector.

Pandimos Maurer is a thought leader in her field and an active contributor to numerous publications and industry associations, such as International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE) and International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories (I2SL). She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Temple University and her Master of Architecture from North Carolina State University. She currently resides in Colorado and serves as a Founding Board Member and Membership Chair for the Colorado Chapter of I2SL.
