MBMA Welcomes New Members

CLEVELAND, OHIO – www.mbma.com: The Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) is pleased to welcome two new companies to its membership ranks. Ascent Buildings, LLC joins as a Building Systems member, and RMG Erectors & Constructors, LLC is a new Associate member.
 
Ascent Buildings is a metal building manufacturer based in Portland, Tennessee, and was founded in 2020. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pennar Industries Limited. RMG Erectors & Constructors, located in Sewell, New Jersey, is one of the nation’s largest metal building systems erectors.
 
“MBMA is continually working to drive the metal building systems industry forward,” says Tony Bouquot, MBMA general manager. “Faced with ever-changing codes, standards and industry advancements, companies today need support from MBMA because we look out for their interests and help them grow. As new members, Ascent Buildings and RMG Erectors and Constructors can count on the MBMA.”
 
MBMA serves as the voice of the metal building systems industry and has two membership categories: Building Systems members, made up of metal building systems manufacturers, and Associate members, which include metal building systems suppliers, architecture and engineering firms, and related service providers. MBMA’s Building Systems members are the heart of the metal building systems industry, producing approximately 28,000 buildings every year. Associate members help shape MBMA’s direction and activities through such affiliations as the Associate Member Advisory Council and participation in MBMA’s standing committees.
 
MBMA members work with industry professionals, architects and building designers, educators, building code officials and others to advance the metal building systems industry. The work of member volunteers and association staff regularly leads to industry improvements and groundbreaking research. MBMA also focuses on education to increase the prominence and usage of metal building systems as the premier solution for performance, aesthetics and sustainability in building construction Member benefits include exclusive access to monthly, quarterly and annual statistics, unique continuing education opportunities, access to CEOs and leaders of related industry firms, and technical publication discounts.
