Case Engineering Expands Team with Four New Hires
St. Louis, MO – Case Engineering proudly announces the addition of three structural engineers to its St. Louis office: Tamer Romeh, Kelsey Habet and Dan Butler; and electrical engineer Alex Rowland.

Tamer Romeh
Romeh has 20 years of structural engineering experience. He most recently worked as a Structural Project Engineer for New York-based NY Smart Solution where he designed retaining wall systems for bridges and highways. His prior experience also includes Project Engineer at Giordano Construction in Brandford, CT and 12 years as a structural engineer for companies based in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Benha University in Egypt, where he also served as a teaching assistant in structural engineering, with a focus on reinforced concrete and structural steel design.
Kelsey Habet
Habet comes to Case Engineering with over five years of structural engineering experience. Prior to joining Case, she was an Associate Project Engineer – Structural Building at St. Louis-based Oates Associates, Inc. where she performed engineering analysis and design calculations on additions to existing structures and fall protection repairs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from Saint Louis University. Her industry licenses/certifications include NCEES Engineer in Training, FEMA P-154 Rapid Visual Screening of Buildings for Potential Seismic Hazards, and OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety and Health.

Dan Butler
Butler recently graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Relevant coursework included Advanced Steel Design, Reinforced Concrete II, and Matrix Structural Analysis. He is proficient in EIT (FE Civil), AutoCad, and Revit for architectural and structural applications. While attending Saint Louis University, he worked as a Mechanics of Solids Teaching Assistant where he met one-on-one with students to explain fundamental concepts and grade assignments.

Alex Rowland
Rowland comes to Case Engineering with eight years of electrical engineering experience, which includes positions as an Electrical Engineer at CannonDesign and Project Engineer at PayneCrest Electric, both located in St. Louis. Rowland has a Bachelor of Architecture in Architectural Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
