Permanent memorial at World Trade Center honors colleagues while restoring a lasting tribute NEW YORK  — One week from today, HNTB will join the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and the World Trade Center Memorial Fund in marking the completion of a new permanent memorial honoring Port Authority colleagues lost in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.
