Site/civil engineer joins firm’s Gulf Coast practice. Dewberry has announced that Frank Leatherwood, PE, has joined the firm as a project engineer in its Pensacola, Florida, office. Leatherwood joins the firm with more than two decades of experience and has a background in site/civil design, including single- and multi-family residential properties, and commercial, industrial, utility, and institutional developments.
