Jim Admiraal Transitions to Chief Revenue Officer Role, Strengthening Alignment Across Operations and Commercial Strategy
NEW YORK, NY — May 14, 2026 — Synergi, an award-winning international team of engineers, fabricators, and installers of turnkey architectural stairs, announced the appointment of Steven Elsdon as Chief Executive Officer. Elsdon succeeds Jim Admiraal, who will transition into the role of Chief Revenue Officer.
Elsdon brings more than 25 Years of executive leadership experience building and scaling construction and engineered services business across North America, Europe, and Asia to the company. Most recently Steve led global construction services at Atkore, where he transformed the business from a regional operation, into a global platform through a combination of customer centric strategy, disciplined execution, and operational excellence. With deep expertise delivering engineering-driven solutions for complex commercial construction projects, bringing together design coordination, fabrication, and execution across sectors including data centers, semiconductors, healthcare, and large-scale commercial environments.

Having recently led Synergi’s acquisition of UK-based Alpine Group, establishing the company’s first direct operating presence in the United Kingdom and advancing its transatlantic platform, Admiraal will continue to play a critical role in advancing the company’s next phase of expansion. This leadership evolution reflects Synergi’s continued investment in building a stronger, more scalable organization, aligning operational leadership with commercial growth to support increasingly complex and global construction environments.
