Case Engineering Providing MEP Design for New St. Louis Area Dutch Bros Coffee Shops
St. Louis, MO – Case Engineering has partnered with St. Louis-based Coralic Architecture to provide MEP engineering services for a pair of new drive-thru Dutch Bros Coffee shops in St. Louis County. The drive-thru coffee chain, known for its customizable drinks, fun atmosphere and fast drive-thru service, plans to open locations in Kirkwood and Crestwood. The Crestwood store will be located at 9838 Watson Road on the site of a former Red Lobster restaurant. The Kirkwood store is planned for Greentree Center at 10300 Manchester Rd. Both shops will be 986 sq ft and include two drive-thru windows and a walk-up window (no indoor seating). The Kirkwood store is slated for completion by the end of 2026, with the Crestwood store expected to open in early 2027.
