Major infrastructure project will rehabilitate critical treatment infrastructure to maintain reliable service OXNARD, Calif. — The City of Oxnard has selected Carollo Engineers to provide construction management and inspection services for the Primary Clarifiers and Activated Sludge Tank Improvement Project at the City’s Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF). The project represents a significant investment in safeguarding the community’s water and wastewater infrastructure while meeting all regulatory requirements cost-effectively. The WRRF serves Oxnard’s growing community of approximately 210,000 residents. The facility operates as part of an extensive wastewater system that includes over 400 miles of sewer lines, 15 lift stations, and a 31.8 million gallons per day treatment plant.
