Core States Group Welcomes Suzanne Kessler as Vice President, Human Resources

Core States Group – an industry-leading architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) firm trusted by some of the world’s most notable brands – is excited to welcome Suzanne Kessler as Vice President, Human Resources. Suzanne has also joined the company’s Senior Leadership Team. 

With more than 25 years of experience, Suzanne brings a passion for career and leadership development. Reporting to the CEO, Suzanne leads a team of HR professionals and drives the company’s HR strategy, supporting over 650 employees across more than 20 office locations nationwide. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, she spearheads initiatives to develop talent, foster an inclusive and adaptive culture, and support the company’s continued growth. 

Suzanne is focused on attracting and retaining top A/E/C professionals, aligned with the company’s Values of Integrity, Service, Inclusion, Excellence, and Innovation. She directs a robust benefits program, as well as employee experience, workforce planning, performance management, and compliance. Working with senior leadership, she enables teams to thrive through collaboration – positioning the entire organization for sustained growth towards its Cause of creating a world where all environments improve everyday life.
