WSP Appoints Stephen Zoegall National Business Director for Advisory and Planning

Accomplished business development executive to accelerate growth and strengthen client partnerships.

DALLAS, Texas — WSP in the U.S., one of the world’s leading professional services firms, has named Stephen Zoegall, PhD, senior vice president and national business growth director for the firm’s Advisory and Planning business. 

As part of Advisory and Planning’s executive leadership team, Zoegall leverages his global industry experience to lead growth initiatives across public and private sectors, deepening client relationships and collaborating with WSP leaders nationwide to guide strategic pursuits, secure opportunities and deliver exceptional support for clients.

Most recently, Zoegall served as senior vice president and global market director for an international professional services firm where he led regional growth programs, managed business partnerships and executed successful go‑to‑market strategies.

As a former fellow for the World Economic Forum in Switzerland, as well as a global industry director for an international IT services and management consulting firm, Zoegall has driven market entry, business development and new digital solutions for his former employers.  

Zoegall graduated from Stony Brook University, New York, with a bachelor’s degree. He earned master’s degrees from Columbia University and Harvard University, where he also earned his doctorate. He is a LEED Accredited Professional 2.0, U.S. Green Building Council.
